Soo I have this book full of cupcake recipes, but I haven't actually used it. How can this be?? Well I've actually made cupcakes from it before with my best friend, but it was the library version, not my version. This one's all mine. lol The book's called Cupcakes! From the Cake Mix Doctor. Anyway, it has all kinds of delicious recipes, plus muffins and celebration cupcakes. Every recipe calls for a cake mix in the ingredients list, and that's for a shortcut. My favorites that I've made so far though would have to be the Cinnamon Toast and the Peanut Butter Surprise cupcakes. The Cinnamon toast is a yellow, cinnamon-y cupcake with a yummy cinnamon cream cheese frosting, and the cupcake is light and fluffy as a cloud. The Peanut Butter Surprises are peanut butter cakes with decadent chocolate buttercream, chopped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups on top, and a Hershey's Kiss hidden inside (that's my favorite cupcake so far). There's just so many cupcakes left unbaked, though. I gotta try them all. I love cupcakes.
Hmm. This reminds me of the bread-e-mon song I wrote in the 7th grade... Ok. I didn't write it write it, I just spoofed the Pokemon theme and related it to bread. The highlight of the song is when it's like: ooooooo my best loaf, in a world that we must feed!
ReplyDeleteI love that song.lol. I've never been a fan of cupcakes though. I just don't like cake in general, unless it's cheesecake because cheesecake is boss.
